Guidelines for contributors Length: 400-500 word articles generate a column of text, and articles of 750-900 words fill a single page. Don't forget to include graphics (photos. mind maps, graphs, etc) to help make your articles interesting and reader friendly. Using sub-headings or a question-and-answer format also helps. Format: All text needs to be supplied in electronic format (via e-mail) - this applies especially to articles in languages other than English. We can accommodate MS Word and Wordperfect files. Articles should be submitted with limited formatting (you can use bold, italics, tabs and tables, but avoid columns and more advanced formatting options as these have to be reset by the typesetter). Images: Photographs and samples of learners work can be posted to 11 Belmont Road, Mowbray, 7700 or e-mailed if you have access to a scanner. The resolution for scanned images needs to be 300 dpi. However email attachments should be no larger than 1Mb. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Lori Lake on tel./fax:
